I was traveling through Manchester after the crazy ice storm and needed to make an important video call. I was able to reserve a nice little soundproof booth that worked out perfect for the call. It was a lifesaver that they had that available. They have a great downstairs for kids as well!

A Great place to go! Nothing beats a good book with paper pages! They also have Movies you can check out with your library card!
The library staff couldn’t be nicer and the interior of the library is nice. I set up some balloons here for the library’s 100th birthday.
If you live in Franklin County and don’t take advantage of this library, you are missing out.
We went in to check out the history of our town we live in at the historical section, it was great. Lots of info just not quite what I am looking for, need to refine my search but my wife and I had a good time there.
01/12/2026: The Library is well-organized and a relaxing place. Update of 9/30/2024: The Library is a welcoming place. The people at the desk are so helpful. They are updating the service desk area. There are frequent story times sessions for children. Note of 3/2023: The Library has great programs for children. There are frequent speakers on historical topics, usually on the weekends. There is a "Friends of the Library" group that works to help the Library with more community outreach. I recommend all to join and support the Library.
Today I visited this Library for Faxing Documents, And using their copy machine. Basically they were the only place available in Winchester could do both tasks at the same time. What a Nice Library and the Lady at front desk was SO helpful. Their Prices were Great and I will be going back, because she also said, they have a Notary. : ))
