Nashville Public Library Madison Branch

The seating areas are quiet and clean, there’s a surprising amount of books in the stacks for such a small branch, and the bathrooms are well maintained. A selection of various kinds of seats, which comes in handy depending on what you’re doing. The parking lot is clean and safe - there is a bus stop right next to it which can be convenient but when the sun goes down can be a bit sketch. Overall a great value to the neighborhood.

Very well kept, nice library. Everyone was so nice and friendly and the store time for lap babies was INCREDIBLE! We were visiting out of town and I so wish this was our local library. Lisa (children’s) was the most incredible leading the story time! Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, clean, new facility, children's area, fax and copy machine $, computer area. Multiple private areas if needed (if available). Plenty of seating , library cards etc...

Great baby class on thursday and the room is so open with lots of big windows

I'm not from the area, but I wandered over to take a look see. This is a nice place.

I saw a homeless guy outside, but I didn't think anything of it because that's a fellow human being and they deserve to be acknowledged as such.

Then I wandered around looking at the books, and I see where all of the fiction books are in the same grouping because they're all fiction. This isn't a bookstore that separates books by genre.
If you need help locating a book, there are handy employees who will be more than happy to help you.

Always greeted with a Smile and Glad you are here from the 2 Librarians @ the front desk.
