Bookspace Guide may display ratings and reviews to help visitors better understand libraries and their services.
Sources of Reviews
Reviews may come from publicly available third-party platforms, permitted data providers, Bookspace Guide users, or other sources where display is permitted.
When appropriate, the original source may be identified or linked.
Review Selection
Bookspace Guide may display a limited number of reviews based on relevance, usefulness, detail, recency, or data availability.
Displaying a review does not mean that Bookspace Guide endorses the reviewer or the library.
Review Editing
Bookspace Guide does not intentionally change reviews in a way that alters the reviewer's meaning.
Where permitted, reviews may be shortened or formatted for readability without materially changing their content.
Ratings
Ratings may originate from third-party platforms or data providers and may change over time.
As a result, ratings displayed on Bookspace Guide may not always match the latest rating shown by the original source.
Review Moderation
Reviews submitted directly to Bookspace Guide may be removed if they contain spam, fraudulent information, threats, harassment, confidential information, illegal content, impersonation, irrelevant promotion, or intellectual property violations.
