Marengo-Union Library District

Super cute library with a lot of resources! Great little book store! Absolutely loved visiting this library!

I just had to have some paperwork scanned and I did not get his name but it was Saturday morning and have to make sure he gets credit because he went above and beyond. He figured the situation out because I was having issues and even when I said I will just fax it he got it figured out so I could scan . I just know not many people dealing with customer service are like that and go above beyond because I would have completely understood had he said this is not going to work right now . So he definitely deserves recognition! Wish I could provide his name (Saturday around 11 on 3/8). Thank you so much you seriously made the situation I am dealing with better that paperwork I had to scan is very important and urgent for me . You are much appreciated!

Wonderful library! The staff is super helpful and friendly. My kids love the story times and the play area. We could spend hours there. I also love the Prairie Cat app which makes it so easy to find and reserve books from this or other libraries. Support this and all libraries!

Love the Marengo library. It's spacious and has lots of comfortable seating if you have to wait for someone to pick out books. Has a decent selection of books, has a ton of free or cheap activities for kids. During the school year they have special events and evenings for all ages. You can check out board games and movies and video games not just books.

LOVE this little gem in Marengo. I moved here from Chicago and knew I was going to miss the library, but Marengo's is so pleasant, staff is so helpful and friendly, and the app is very easy to use to order books etc and keep track of due dates. Finally a use of my taxes that I see a direct benefit from!!
Thank you!

Clean and staff is always so nice
