This is a great shop too be in. The employee's here are very helpful, which I appreciate very much!

I needed to print out some documents, and they got me all squared away. No fuss, no arguments, no denial! Everyone wanted too help out, which I appreciate a lot.

The new location and inside of the library is very nice. It’s spacious, quiet and clean. There are plenty of tables to study from and also plugins.

At the last location the wifi was not working but in this location it is working! the WiFi is Library-Guest

There are also computers available and a small tv display that shows announcements. They have movies to checkout as well and at the time that I came about 4 librarians helping out.

I love the new layout as the working tables are on the side and back of the library. It’s located right next to the Macys and there are tables located outside the Macys for people to sit and enjoy.

Small location but the children's section is well stocked and the Blu-ray/DVD section is well curated. You can also request books from the downtown library at the search terminals and they are delivered every couple days. There is also a seed bank!

The CV public library Eastlake/Otay location recently moved in the Otay Ranch mall to a new location. The new space feels sterile and empty, lacking the warmth one would expect from a library. Very small selection of books.

The passport process there ran smoothly. Getting an appointment can be hard.

Can be a bit noisy, overall a good place to find a new read and do some work, love the most that it's in the shopping area
