This is a wonderful and cozy library! It has a fantastic kids' section with a great selection of books. The staff is always incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We love coming here for children's programs and reading challenges. It is a very peaceful and inviting place for the whole family. Highly recommend!

The staff is amazing. The selection is huge. I can't remember the exact name, but the creative centers are pretty awesome. I've been trained on the 3D printing, and I want to go and learn some of the other things that are available there. The adult learning classes are spot on. There's always something cool happening there
I have just recently moved back to Mt. Washington. I love going to the library so one of my first visits was to the Mt. Washington branch of the Bullitt County Public Library. This branch has moved into a beautiful new building since my last visit. I was amazed when I walked into the building. Very large, beautiful fixtures and a wonderful selection of books, dad's, games, computers and other knowledge resources. I am used to the rude unfriendly people in Louisville. The people here, especially the Library, City Hall and other businesses are the friendliest people I have ever met. I am sorry I ever moved away.
So many good things available at the library, there is free narcan, fentanyl test strips and other test kits available to everyone. The staff was very helpful as I had booked a study room.
I mentioned this morning how much I would enjoy a book on audiobooks through Libby… and DREW!! Had it in the app by this afternoon. I am over the moon thrilled! Mt Washington Library is the BEST! 😃
I love the Library, a few things could be better but its a great advancement from what we had.
